Amanda Ramirez Identified as Victim in Fatal Sand Springs Crash on U.S. 412

On August 20, 2025, Amanda Ramirez, a 41-year-old woman from Tulsa, Oklahoma, was killed in a single-vehicle crash on eastbound U.S. 412 near 129th West Avenue in Sand Springs. According to police reports, both occupants of the vehicle were ejected upon impact. Despite life-saving efforts at the scene, Ramirez was pronounced dead by first responders.

Following an investigation, Sand Springs Police identified 41-year-old Enrique Rico Bustamante as the driver. Bustamante was arrested in Tulsa on August 22, 2025, and charged with negligent homicide and obstruction. Authorities also confirmed that he did not possess a valid driver's license and is subject to an ICE hold.
