Beth Haugen Involved in Car Accident in Mountain Iron, MN

On June 20, 2025, at approximately 9:20 AM, a car accident occurred on Southbound Highway 169 at County Road 7 in Mountain Iron, St. Louis County, Minnesota. The incident involved a 2021 Toyota Camry, driven by Sybil Jean Silcox, 82, of Mountain Iron, and a 2014 Buick Verano, driven by Beth Ann Haugen, 48, of Eveleth. According to reports, the Buick was stopped at a traffic light on County Road 7 when the light turned green, and the Toyota subsequently collided with the side of the Buick. Both drivers sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were transported to Essentia Hospital for treatment.
