Bliss Honeycutt Injured in Fatal Highway 395 Crash in Pasco, Washington
On August 12, 2025, a two-vehicle collision on Highway 395 in Pasco, Washington, resulted in two fatalities and one injury. According to the Washington State Patrol, 50-year-old Rafaela Alquicira Huipio failed to yield to southbound traffic while attempting to cross the highway from Foster Wells Road. Her Geo sedan was struck broadside by a southbound Toyota Tacoma driven by Bliss Honeycutt, 65, of Richland.
Huipio and her 17-year-old passenger, Yureli Ontiveros Alquicira, were pronounced dead at the scene. Honeycutt sustained multiple broken bones and was transported to Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland. Authorities confirmed that seatbelts were in use and that neither drugs nor alcohol were contributing factors.
