On June 21, 2025, at approximately 1:45 p.m., a train collided with a combine harvester operated by Bobby Kokojan, the Fire Chief of Waukomis, Oklahoma. The accident occurred on railroad tracks two miles south of Waukomis in Garfield County. Kokojan sustained multiple injuries and was transported by air to OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City.
