Brian Robinson Killed in Fatal Mesquite Crash; Driver Arrested for Intoxication Manslaughter
On April 29, 2025, a three-vehicle collision occurred in the 700 block of Eastbound U.S. Highway 80 in Mesquite, Texas, resulting in the deaths of two individuals. The victims have been identified as 64-year-old Mark Bryant of Dallas and 61-year-old Brian Robinson of Mesquite. The crash, reported around 6:30 p.m., involved an Audi SUV, a Toyota RAV4, and a Harley-Davidson motorcycle. According to the Mesquite Police Department, the drivers of the Toyota and the motorcycle were pronounced dead at the scene due to their injuries sustained in the incident.
The driver of the Audi, Kevin Jerome Jackson of Forney, remained at the location following the collision and was arrested by responding officers. He faces charges of two counts of intoxication manslaughter with a vehicle and is currently detained in the Mesquite city jail with no bonds set. The Mesquite Police Department has stated that the investigation into the circumstances of the crash remains ongoing.
