Fatal Crash on State Highway 463 Claims One Life, Injures Justin Gladney
On the evening of April 20, 2025, a fatal car accident occurred on State Highway 463 near Jamie Lane in rural Poinsett County, Arkansas. At approximately 7:55 PM, a 2019 Nissan Sentra, driven by 25-year-old IYBREUNNA L. MOORE of Osceola, Arkansas, was traveling northbound when it veered left of center, exited the roadway, and collided with a ditch before overturning. Tragically, Ms. Moore was pronounced dead at the scene. Her passenger, 33-year-old Justin C. Gladney, also from Osceola, sustained injuries and was promptly transported to St. Bernard's Medical Center for medical attention.
The Arkansas State Police are investigating the incident, with Trooper Tyler S. Ashcraft leading the efforts to determine the cause of the crash. The weather was cloudy at the time, but the road conditions were dry.
