Johnathon Hoosline Involved in Sherburne County Accident

On May 8, 2025, at approximately 7:01 AM, a traffic accident occurred on westbound Highway 10 at Industrial Drive in Big Lake, Sherburne County, Minnesota. The incident involved a 2010 Auto Car Straight Truck, driven by Johnathon Paul Hoosline, 35, of Coon Rapids, Minnesota, and a 2023 Hyundai Kona, driven by Elias Salazar, 72, of Clearwater, Minnesota. According to the Minnesota State Patrol, the straight truck was traveling westbound on Highway 10, while the Hyundai was crossing over the westbound lanes from the eastbound direction. The vehicles collided in the intersection under dry road conditions.

Both drivers sustained non-life-threatening injuries. Hoosline was transported to North Memorial Hospital, and Salazar was taken to Hennepin County Medical Center (HCMC). Emergency response included the Big Lake Fire Department, Big Lake Police Department, Life Link, and Centra Care.
