Joyce Rolstad Sustains Life-Threatening Injuries in Wright County Collision

On May 26, 2025, at 7:53 PM, a collision occurred at the intersection of Highway 25 and 20th Street in Rockford Township, Wright County, Minnesota. According to the Minnesota State Patrol, a 1964 Chevy Impala, driven by Duane Harold Rolstad, 81, of Buffalo, Minnesota, was traveling southbound on Highway 25 when it attempted a left turn and collided with a northbound 2013 Ford F150, driven by Abel Morales Nazario, 46, of an unknown city. The impact resulted in life-threatening injuries to Joyce Mable Rolstad, 79, a passenger in the Impala, who was not wearing a seat belt. She was transported to Hennepin County Medical Center (HCMC).

Duane Rolstad and all occupants of the Ford F150, including the driver and five passengers, sustained no injuries. The Ford F150's airbags deployed, and all occupants were wearing seat belts.
