Judy Drott Involved in Fatal Weather-Related Crash in Atoka County, Oklahoma

On April 3, 2025, a devastating weather-related crash occurred near Tushka, Oklahoma, on US Highway 69/75, claiming two lives and leaving others with serious injuries. Judy Drott, a 63-year-old resident of Atoka, was driving a vehicle that was struck when another car, operated by 18-year-old Brinlee Farris of Wylie, Texas, hydroplaned across the highway and collided with her. The situation worsened when a semi-truck subsequently impacted both vehicles. Drott was transported to Alliance Health in serious condition, while Farris and her passenger, 18-year-old Hannah Zebraski of Aubrey, Texas, were tragically pronounced dead at the scene. A third passenger in Farris’s vehicle, a 16-year-old from Richland Hills, Texas, also sustained serious injuries and was transferred to Medical City Plano following initial treatment at Alliance Health. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating the incident, which led to a hours-long closure of the highway; it has since reopened.
