Martha Olafson Injured in Greenbush Car Collision

On August 12, 2025, at 9:59 a.m., a two-vehicle collision occurred at the intersection of Highway 11 and Highway 32 in Greenbush, Roseau County, Minnesota. A 2000 Ford F150, driven by Robert Roger Nelson, 70, of Greenbush, was traveling northbound on Highway 32 and made a left turn in front of a southbound 2004 Mercury Grand Marquis, driven by Glenda Lue Norberg, 84, of Roseau, resulting in a collision. Martha Marie Olafson, 85, also of Roseau, a passenger in the Mercury, sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to Life Care Medical Center in Roseau for treatment. Both drivers were also injured and received medical attention at the same facility.The incident occurred under dry road conditions, and all individuals involved were wearing seat belts with no alcohol involvement reported. The Minnesota State Patrol, assisted by the Roseau County Sheriff’s Office, is investigating the circumstances of the crash.
