Richard Hattan Injured in DUI Hit-and-Run Crash Near Rosalia, Washington

On April 26, 2025, a serious incident unfolded near Rosalia, Washington, resulting in the injury of 71-year-old Richard Hattan and the arrest of 31-year-old Riley Maley on multiple charges. According to the Washington State Patrol, the collision occurred around 9 p.m. on U.S. Highway 195, approximately nine miles south of Rosalia. Maley, driving a Ford F350, reportedly failed to yield at a stop sign while traveling east on Ralph Henning Road, striking Hattan’s southbound Chevy Silverado on the driver’s side.
