Tieryni Harris Injured in Fatal Crash on US 78 Near Blytheville

On July 1, 2025, a fatal head-on collision occurred on State Highway 18/U.S. 78 in rural Mississippi County, Arkansas, between Blytheville and Dell. The crash involved a 2020 Lincoln Aviator, driven by Brandie Spaziani of Manila, which crossed into oncoming traffic and collided with a 2015 Chevrolet Malibu driven by Tiffany Harris of Blytheville. Tiffany Harris and passenger Rachel Harris were pronounced dead at the scene. Tieryni Harris, another passenger in the Malibu, sustained injuries and was transported for medical treatment, as was Spaziani.The incident, reported at approximately 8:05 a.m., is under investigation by the Arkansas State Police to determine the cause of the vehicle crossing the center line. The crash highlights the dangers of rural highways, where high speeds and limited road features can contribute to severe collisions. Emergency responders attended the scene to provide aid and assist with the investigation.
