Trania Jackson, Shakila Hudson, Bianca Stroughter Involved in Fatal Wrong-Way Crash on Dallas North Tollway

On May 12, 2025, a fatal wrong-way crash occurred on the Dallas North Tollway near Royal Lane in Dallas, Texas. Trania Jackson, 28, of Cedar Hill, was killed when a 2017 Nissan Altima, driven by Michael Majewski, 50, of Arlington, traveling northbound in the southbound lanes, side-swiped an 18-wheeler and collided head-on with a 2016 Nissan Altima. Jackson was a passenger in the 2016 Nissan Altima, driven by her sister Shakila Hudson, 31, of Cedar Hill, who sustained incapacitating injuries and was transported to Parkland Memorial Hospital. Another sister, Bianca Stroughter, 32, of DeSoto, also a passenger, was hospitalized at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital with incapacitating injuries. Two additional passengers, Delonna High, 34, of Huntsville, Alabama, and Chuanteya Weaver, 24, of Indianapolis, were injured, and Majewski was critically injured. The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating the incident.
