Marie Louise Cook Injured in Highway 169 Off-Ramp Collision in Elk River, Minnesota on January 21, 2026 – Two Vehicles Involved on Wet Roadway

On January 21, 2026, a two-vehicle collision occurred on the northbound off-ramp from Highway 169 at County Road 33 and 250th Avenue in Elk River, Sherburne County, Minnesota.
