Brian Dotson Killed in Interstate 44 Crash in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on December 19, 2025

Brian Dotson, a 67-year-old Oklahoma City resident, was killed in a multi-vehicle collision along Interstate 44 in southwest Oklahoma City on the evening of December 19, 2025. According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, Dotson was stopped in traffic just north of Southwest 15th Street shortly before 7 p.m. when his vehicle was struck from behind by another car, forcing it into a trailer attached to a separate vehicle.

Authorities confirmed that Dotson died at the scene as a result of the crash. No other injuries were reported. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has opened an investigation to determine the sequence of events that led to the collision, as traffic conditions along the interstate remain under review.
