Carlotta Eischens Injured in Highway 23 and County Road 25 Collision Near Willmar, Minnesota on December 15, 2025

On the morning of December 15, 2025, a two-vehicle collision occurred at the intersection of Highway 23 and County Road 25 in Dovre Township, near Willmar, Minnesota. According to reports from the Minnesota State Patrol, an SUV attempting to turn onto Highway 23 collided with a southbound passenger vehicle, resulting in injuries to both drivers involved in the crash.

Carlotta Eischens, age 63, of New London, Minnesota, was driving the southbound vehicle and sustained non-life-threatening injuries. She was transported to CentraCare Willmar Hospital for medical treatment. The other driver was also hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries. Authorities reported the incident occurred during morning hours, and the investigation confirmed injuries but no fatalities.
