Carlotta Eischens Injured in Highway 23 and County Road 25 Collision Near Willmar, Minnesota on December 15, 2025

On the morning of December 15, 2025, a two-vehicle collision occurred at the intersection of Highway 23 and County Road 25 in Dovre Township, near Willmar, Minnesota.
