Dennis Williams Fatally Injured in Rollover Crash Near Fairfax, Oklahoma on November 16, 2025

A fatal single-vehicle rollover crash in central Osage County resulted in the death of 50-year-old Dennis Williams of Ralston. According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the incident occurred Sunday morning along State Highway 18, just south of Fairfax. The vehicle, driven by 48-year-old Deanna McConnell, reportedly crossed the centerline before overcorrecting and leaving the roadway. The vehicle overturned, ejecting Williams, who was traveling as a passenger. He died at the scene from his injuries.

Authorities reported that neither Williams nor McConnell were wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash. The investigation remains active as officials continue to examine the factors contributing to the vehicle’s sudden loss of control. No additional details regarding potential citations or charges have been released.
