Jeffrey Hall Injured in Bicycle Collision in Bloomington, Minnesota
Jeffrey Hall, a 49-year-old resident of Farmington, Minnesota, sustained serious injuries after being struck by a pickup truck while bicycling to work in Bloomington on Tuesday, August 19, 2025. Hall, a veteran mountain bike racer and long-time employee at Quality Bicycle Products, was hit at the intersection of Old Shakopee Road and Normandale Boulevard. According to police reports, the driver of the vehicle failed to yield and has been cited.
The collision resulted in multiple broken bones, requiring Hall’s hospitalization and surgery to address a fractured collarbone. He remains in the ICU. Authorities confirmed that Hall's bicycle was equipped with all required safety lights and reflectors at the time of the incident.
