Gregory Glen Benson Injured in Paxton Township, Minnesota Concrete Truck Rollover on Highway 71 on November 25, 2025
On November 25, 2025, a single-vehicle commercial truck crash occurred at the intersection of northbound Highway 71 and 340th Street in Paxton Township, Redwood County, Minnesota. According to incident reports, a Kenworth concrete truck was traveling northbound when it overturned while attempting to make a right turn onto 340th Street. The vehicle tipped onto its side and came to rest on the driver’s side. Road conditions at the time of the incident were reported as wet.
Gregory Glen Benson, 55, of Willmar, Minnesota, was identified as the driver of the concrete truck. He sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to CentraCare Hospital in Redwood for treatment. Authorities indicated that Benson was wearing a seat belt and that alcohol was not a contributing factor. The incident involved only one vehicle and was documented as complete following coordination with local emergency agencies.
