Jessica Perrigo Injured in Two-Vehicle Collision Near Chehalis, Washington
On the morning of August 20, 2025, a two-vehicle collision near Claquato, just outside Chehalis, Washington, resulted in one person being hospitalized. According to the Washington State Patrol, the incident occurred at approximately 9:25 a.m. when 77-year-old Barbara A. Robinson of Chehalis made an unsafe left turn from Chilvers Road onto State Route 6. Her gray 2019 Dodge van was struck by a blue 1999 Toyota sedan driven by 44-year-old Jessica A. Perrigo of Vancouver, Washington.
Jessica Perrigo sustained injuries in the crash and was transported to Providence Centralia Hospital for medical care. Robinson and her passenger, 75-year-old Sandra B. Swindler, were not injured. Both vehicles were declared total losses.
