John Fortenberry Injured in Green Forest, Arkansas Crash on November 1, 2025

On November 1, 2025, a collision occurred on AR 103 Highway South near Carroll 717 Road in Green Forest, Arkansas. According to the official crash report, a southbound 2001 Ford F-150 entered the northbound lane and struck a 2020 Ford F-150 on the passenger side. Both vehicles subsequently left the roadway.
