On the night of November 23, 2025, a fatal motor vehicle collision occurred on U.S. Highway 169 in Jackson Township, Minnesota, resulting in the death of 46-year-old Kala Karlene Henry of Chaska. According to the Minnesota State Patrol, Henry was driving southbound near Marystown Road when her vehicle was violently rear-ended by a speeding SUV. The impact forced her car off the roadway, where it entered a ditch, struck a culvert, and overturned.
Henry was transported to St. Francis Regional Medical Center, where she later died from her injuries.
