Kasi Smothers Injured in Fatal Car Accident on County Road 814 in Green Forest, Arkansas

On June 11, 2025, at approximately 9:05 a.m., a fatal car accident occurred on County Road 814 in Green Forest, Carroll County, Arkansas. The incident involved a 2015 Ford, driven by Kasi Smothers, 36, of Green Forest, traveling westbound, and a 2020 Honda, driven by Floridalma Ochoa, 18, also of Green Forest, traveling eastbound. According to the Arkansas State Police, the Honda negotiated a curve, crossed the centerline into the westbound lane, and collided head-on with the Ford.

As a result of the collision, the driver of the Honda, Floridalma Ochoa, and a passenger, Dayari Anahi Cifuentes, 26, of Green Forest, were pronounced deceased at the scene. Kasi Smothers and a minor passenger in the Honda sustained injuries and were transported to North Arkansas Regional Medical Center for treatment.
