Kim Chang Killed in Pedestrian Crash on Touhy Avenue in Niles, IL – February 3, 2026 Fatal Morning Collision

On February 3, 2026, Kim Chang, 84, of Lincolnwood, Illinois, was fatally struck while attempting to cross Touhy Avenue in Niles. The collision occurred at approximately 6:08 a.m. in the 5600 block of the roadway, according to local authorities.
