On December 2, 2025, Laurelle Rose Domaika, 21, of Swanville, Minnesota, sustained non-life-threatening injuries in a single-vehicle crash on northbound Highway 169 at Milepost 88 in Blakeley Township, Scott County. The incident involved a 2025 Honda Civic driven by 19-year-old Simon Andrew Miller of North Mankato, Minnesota. The vehicle’s airbags deployed, and both occupants were properly restrained with seat belts at the time of the collision. Domaika was transported to Hennepin County Medical Center for treatment, while the driver received care at Saint Francis Hospital.

The Minnesota State Patrol continues to investigate the circumstances surrounding the accident.
