Levi Milam Killed in Highway 70 Crash in Durant, OK – December 21, 2025 Fatal Collision Leads to Murder Charge
On December 21, 2025, in Durant, Oklahoma, Levi Milam of Bennington was killed in a collision along Highway 70 after an alleged impaired driver crossed the center line. According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the driver, identified as Terrius Purvey of Gainesville, was under the influence when his vehicle entered oncoming traffic and struck another car in which Milam was a passenger. The crash resulted in Milam’s death and led to Purvey’s arrest.
