Logan Thomas Injured in DUI Crash on I-90 Near Cle Elum, Washington – September 21, 2025

On September 21, 2025, a two-vehicle collision on Interstate 90 near milepost 78, west of Cle Elum, Washington, resulted in injuries to both involved drivers. According to the Washington State Patrol, 36-year-old Logan S. Thomas of Selah was traveling westbound when his vehicle was struck by an eastbound car that had crossed the median after hitting a guardrail. The eastbound vehicle was driven by 31-year-old Casandra L. Bodnar of Ellensburg.

Authorities confirmed that both individuals were wearing seatbelts at the time of the collision. Bodnar was transported to Harborview Medical Center, while Thomas received treatment at Kittitas Valley Healthcare. The crash was determined to be DUI-related, and Bodnar now faces charges. An investigation is ongoing.
