Patrick Stephen Conrad Injured in Four-Vehicle Highway 15 Crash in Sartell, Minnesota on January 11, 2026

A multi-vehicle collision on Highway 15 in Stearns County resulted in several injuries Sunday afternoon, according to the Minnesota State Patrol. The crash occurred around 12:40 p.m. on northbound Highway 15 near County Road 1 in Le Sauk Township, just outside Sartell. Authorities reported that three northbound vehicles collided, causing a GMC Sierra to cross the median and strike a southbound GMC Yukon. Road conditions were reported as dry at the time of the incident.

Patrick Stephen Conrad, 50, of Otsego, Minnesota, was identified as the driver of a Lexus GS involved in the crash. Conrad sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to St. Cloud Hospital for treatment. Several other occupants were also hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries, including a juvenile passenger in the GMC Yukon. Investigators noted that all drivers and passengers were wearing seat belts, and alcohol was not suspected.
