Paul Cameron Fatally Struck While Riding Electric Bicycle in Louisville, NY

On the night of June 28, 2025, New York State Police responded to a fatal collision involving an electric bicycle and a passenger vehicle on County Route 39 in the town of Louisville, St. Lawrence County. The investigation determined that Paul P. Cameron, age 41, of Chase Mills, NY, was traveling southbound on an electric bicycle when he was struck from behind by a 1999 Buick LeSabre driven by Kyle D. Toomey, age 29, of DeKalb Junction, NY.

Cameron was pronounced deceased at the scene. According to authorities, Toomey did not see the bicycle prior to the impact. The investigation by New York State Police remains ongoing.
