Pauletta Jordan Injured in Farmington, Arkansas Multi-Vehicle Collision on November 5, 2025

On November 5, 2025, Pauletta Jordan, a 65-year-old resident of Prairie Grove, Arkansas, sustained injuries in a multi-vehicle collision on U.S. Highway 62 in Washington County. The incident involved a Nissan Pathfinder attempting a left turn, a westbound 2016 Dodge Ram, and an eastbound 2011 Toyota Camry. The collision sequence caused the Pathfinder to be struck by the Dodge Ram, which subsequently entered the eastbound lane and collided head-on with the Camry.

The crash occurred under dark but clear conditions. Pauletta Jordan, a passenger in the Dodge Ram, was transported to Washington Regional Medical Center for treatment. The incident also resulted in one fatality and multiple additional injuries. The Farmington Police Department, under Lt. Justin R. Collins, is conducting a full investigation to determine the circumstances leading to the collision.
