Randy Doy Woodall Killed in Forklift Accident at Pike County Business in Delight, Arkansas on December 12, 2025

Randy Doy Woodall, 68, of Delight, Arkansas, was killed on Friday, December 12, 2025, in a workplace accident at a business on Antioch Street in Pike County. Authorities were dispatched at approximately 4:27 p.m. after a report that a man had fallen from an elevated basket being lifted by a forklift inside a warehouse facility. Upon arrival, first responders found Woodall deceased at the scene.

According to the Pike County Sheriff’s Office, Woodall had been working inside the warehouse at Diamond City Trailers while measuring for piping. Witnesses stated that he moved toward the edge of the basket, causing it to tip. He fell to the concrete floor, struck his head, and the basket subsequently fell on top of him. Woodall, an electrician by trade, was later laid to rest following funeral services held on December 19 at Delight Cemetery.
