On the night of August 15, 2025, a fatal traffic collision occurred at the intersection of West Windsor Drive and Northway in Denton, Texas. The incident resulted in the death of 58-year-old Rossana Cacal, a local chef, who was seated in the passenger seat of a vehicle that failed to yield while turning. The vehicle was struck on the passenger side by a second car driven by 22-year-old Noah Kendrick.
