Stephen B. Pomeroy, Sandra L. Pomeroy, and David A. Bolin Injured in Stevens Pass Three-Vehicle Collision on November 25, 2025
On November 25, 2025, a three-vehicle collision occurred on Highway 2 near milepost 72, approximately seven miles east of Stevens Pass, Washington. The incident involved a 2024 Chevy Blazer driven by Lauren L. Daling of Wenatchee, which crossed the centerline under wintry conditions and struck a westbound 2018 Chevy Silverado operated by 74-year-old Stephen B. Pomeroy of East Wenatchee. A subsequent impact involved a Toyota Land Cruiser driven by 65-year-old David A. Bolin of Monroe.
Stephen B. Pomeroy and his passenger, 73-year-old Sandra L. Pomeroy, sustained injuries and were transported to Cascade Medical Center in Leavenworth. Bolin was unharmed. Authorities cited Daling for driving too fast for the conditions, which contributed to the collision that temporarily blocked both lanes of Highway 2 for approximately four hours. The incident remains under review as the Washington State Patrol continues its investigation into the contributing factors.
