Steven Diamond Identified as Victim in Fatal East Meadow Crash on August 10, 2025

On August 10, 2025, at approximately 1:19 p.m., a fatal vehicular collision occurred in East Meadow, New York, involving two Nissan sedans. According to the Homicide Squad, a 2012 Nissan Maxima traveling northbound on Carman Avenue collided with a 2024 Nissan Altima that was making a left turn onto Carman Avenue from Salisbury Park Drive. The Altima was occupied by a 57-year-old female driver and two passengers.

All four individuals involved were transported to a local hospital. One of the passengers, identified as Steven Diamond, age 55, of Farmingdale, NY, was pronounced deceased at the hospital.
