Tim Jones Among Three Disabled Adults Found Dead in Carbon Monoxide Incident in West Valley City, Utah on February 9, 2026

On February 9, 2026, Tim Jones, 39, was identified as one of three disabled adults found dead from carbon monoxide poisoning in West Valley City. According to police, the men were left inside a transport vehicle designed to carry disabled adults after the driver stopped at his residence, leaving the engine running for an extended period estimated between one and two hours. Authorities determined that the victims died as a result of carbon monoxide exposure inside the parked van.

Law enforcement officials confirmed that the driver, Isaiah Pulum, was charged with manslaughter and aggravated abuse of a vulnerable adult in connection with the incident. The other victims were identified as 25-year-old Colton Moser and 22-year-old Mosa’ati Moa.
