Collision on Hwy 169 in Baldwin Township, MN Involving Leo Kosiba – October 4, 2025

On October 4, 2025, a two-vehicle collision occurred at the intersection of Highway 169 and 305th Avenue in Baldwin Township, Sherburne County, Minnesota. According to the Minnesota State Patrol, a Buick LeSabre traveling southbound on Highway 169 collided with a Ford Escape attempting to cross the highway. The crash took place at approximately 3:24 PM under dry road conditions.

While multiple individuals sustained non-life-threatening injuries in the incident, Leo Kosiba was reportedly connected to the scene. The Ford Escape was occupied by Edgar Hubert Toensing and Janet Louise Toensing, both from Coon Rapids, Minnesota. The Buick LeSabre was driven by Terrence Roger Harris of Milaca, Minnesota. All airbags deployed, and seatbelts were in use. No alcohol was involved. Emergency responders from Sherburne County Sheriff’s Office and Baldwin Fire assisted at the scene.
