Arturo Garcia Involved in Car Accident in Shell Rock Township

On July 16, 2025, at approximately 6:00 PM, a two-vehicle collision occurred on U.S. Highway 65 at Mile Marker 301 in Shell Rock Township, Freeborn County, Minnesota. A 2003 Buick Regal, driven by James Paul Ness, 33, of Le Roy, Minnesota, was traveling southbound, while a 2004 Honda Accord, driven by Pablo Pineda Ramires, 63, of Albert Lea, Minnesota, was traveling northbound. The two vehicles collided under wet road conditions. Ness sustained no injuries in the incident.The Honda Accord had two passengers: Alfonso Garica Pineda, 32, and Arturo Pineda Garcia, 31, both residents of Albert Lea, Minnesota. Alfonso Garica Pineda was not wearing a seatbelt and sustained non-life-threatening injuries, whereas Arturo Pineda Garcia was wearing a seatbelt and also sustained non-life-threatening injuries. Both passengers, along with the driver, Pablo Pineda Ramires, who similarly sustained non-life-threatening injuries, were transported to MCHS for medical attention. The incident, recorded under Case Number 25102788, was deemed fully documented by 7:39 PM on the same day.
