Bonnie Boyer Injured in Two-Vehicle Collision on Highway 65 in Mora, MN

On May 30, 2025, at 11:44 a.m., a two-vehicle collision occurred at the intersection of Highway 65 and Maple Avenue East in Mora, Kanabec County, Minnesota. The Minnesota State Patrol reports that a 2015 Chevy Trax, driven by Corrinne Dawn Hanson, 41, of Ogilvie, MN, was attempting to cross Highway 65 from Maple Avenue East when it was struck by a 2003 Oldsmobile Bravada, driven by Bonnie Jean Boyer, 73, of Mora, MN. The road conditions were dry, and both drivers were wearing seat belts at the time of the incident.

Bonnie Jean Boyer sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to Welia Health for treatment. Corrinne Dawn Hanson and her passenger, 9-year-old Kolltyn Thomas Hanson, were uninjured. Alcohol was not a factor in the collision. The Kanabec County Sheriff's Office and Welia Ambulance assisted at the scene. The investigation remains active, with additional information possibly forthcoming.
