Car Accident in Blue Earth, Minnesota Injures Refugio Sanchez Jr. and Christopher Miller

On the evening of Tuesday, April 29, 2025, a serious car accident occurred near Blue Earth, Minnesota, leaving three individuals injured, including Refugio Sanchez Jr. and Christopher Miller. The Faribault County Sheriff’s Office reported that the incident took place on 90th Street near 340th Avenue, southwest of the city. The vehicle, driven by 25-year-old Alberto Olivarez Jr. of Fairmont, was traveling westbound when it veered off the roadway, entered the south ditch, and overturned, ultimately coming to rest on its passenger side. Refugio Sanchez Jr., 26, and Christopher Anthony Miller, 41, were passengers in the vehicle at the time of the crash. All three occupants sustained injuries and were promptly transported to area hospitals for medical attention.

The Minnesota State Patrol and the Faribault County Sheriff’s Office are currently investigating the cause of the accident, which remains undetermined. Emergency response teams, including Blue Earth Ambulance, Fire, and Police, as well as Mayo Ambulance and the State Patrol, were dispatched to the scene to provide assistance.
