Fatal Crash Claims Life of Randy St. Clair in North Branch, Minnesota
On July 25, 2025, at 4:52 a.m., a fatal collision occurred on Highway 95 near Tucker Street Northeast in North Branch Township, Isanti County, Minnesota. The incident involved a 2019 Ford Edge, driven by Amie Jo Kostuch, 48, of North Branch, and a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado, operated by John William Menter, 76, of Jacobson, Minnesota. According to reports from the Minnesota State Patrol, the eastbound Chevrolet Silverado crossed the center line, striking the westbound Ford Edge. Following the impact, the Silverado came to rest in the north ditch, while the Ford Edge stopped in the south ditch.Randy Alan St. Clair, 60, of North Branch, a passenger in the Ford Edge, sustained fatal injuries in the crash. St. Clair was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the incident, a factor that may have contributed to the outcome. The drivers of both vehicles, Kostuch and Menter, sustained no injuries.
