Jamie Jo Fritz Injured in Motorcycle Accident on U.S. Highway 14

On June 4, 2025, at approximately 8:40 PM, a motorcycle accident occurred on U.S. Highway 14 at milepost 188 in WASIOJA TWP, Dodge County, Minnesota. The incident involved a 2002 Harley Davidson motorcycle, operated by Darek Alan Davidson, 44, of Kasson, Minnesota, with Jamie Jo Fritz, 45, of Hayfield, Minnesota, as the passenger. The motorcycle was traveling eastbound when it collided with a deer, causing it to crash into the median.

Both Davidson and Fritz sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were transported to St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester for medical treatment. The road conditions were dry at the time of the incident, and responding agencies included the Dodge County Sheriff's Office, Dodge Center ambulance, and fire services.
