Justin Woodson Injured in Fatal Car Accident on Four States Fair Parkway in Texarkana

On June 11, 2025, at 5:25 p.m., a fatal collision occurred on Four States Fair Parkway in Texarkana, Miller County, Arkansas. The incident involved a 1999 Lexus, driven by Marcus Jerome Floyd, aged 36, of Texarkana, traveling southbound, and a 2020 Jeep, driven by Matthew Brian Smith, aged 32, also of Texarkana, traveling northbound. According to the Arkansas State Police report, the Lexus hydroplaned on the wet road due to rainy conditions, crossed the concrete median, and struck the Jeep head-on in the northbound lane.

Marcus Jerome Floyd, the driver of the Lexus, was pronounced deceased at the scene, with his body held at the Miller County Coroner’s office. Matthew Brian Smith, the Jeep’s driver, and Justin Keith Woodson, aged 43, of Texarkana, a passenger in the Jeep, sustained injuries and were transported to Christus St. Michael Hospital for treatment.
