Kelly Carlson Tragically Killed in St. Charles Parking Lot Accident
On July 27, 2025, at approximately 12:58 p.m., Kelly Carlson, a 49-year-old woman from Blaine, Minnesota, was struck by a vehicle in the parking lot of Wahlburgers in St. Charles, Illinois. The incident took place in the 800 block of South Randall Road, just before a scheduled celebration of the restaurant’s fifth anniversary. Carlson was transported to Northwestern Medicine Delnor Hospital by ambulance, where she was later pronounced deceased despite medical efforts.The driver, a 20-year-old resident of St. Charles, has cooperated fully with the authorities. Carlson, a known fan of St. Charles resident Donnie Wahlberg and his group "New Kids On The Block," was honored by Wahlberg with a tribute on his Instagram account following her death.
