Marisol Barranco Killed in Stop Sign Collision in Harvard, Illinois

Marisol Barranco, a 23-year-old woman from Capron, Illinois, was killed in a fatal motor vehicle collision on August 24, 2025, in Harvard. According to authorities, the crash occurred at approximately 11:48 p.m. at the intersection of State Line Road and Route 14 when another driver allegedly failed to stop at a posted stop sign and struck the vehicle in which Barranco was a passenger.
