Mark Anthony Maloney Injured in Collision on Highway 61 in Goodview, Minnesota – September 12, 2025

A two-vehicle collision occurred at the intersection of Highway 61 and 44th Avenue in Goodview, Minnesota, on September 12, 2025. The incident involved a 2010 Subaru Outback and a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 pickup truck. According to the Minnesota State Patrol, the Subaru, driven by 80-year-old James Edgar Hoover of Winona, was turning left from northbound Highway 61 onto westbound 44th Avenue when it was struck by the southbound Dodge Ram.

The driver of the pickup, 62-year-old Mark Anthony Maloney, also of Winona, sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to Winona Health for treatment. Hoover was also injured, but his injuries did not require hospitalization. Both drivers were wearing seat belts at the time of the crash, and alcohol was not a factor.
