Molly Sirek Involved in Rice County Car Crash: Non-Life-Threatening Injuries Reported

On June 5, 2025, at approximately 1:30 a.m., a single-vehicle incident occurred on Minnesota Highway 3 at Ames Trail in Cannon City Township, Rice County. The vehicle, a 2009 Pontiac G6, was traveling southbound when it left the roadway and came to rest in a nearby field. The driver, 19-year-old Collin Robert Sirek of Faribault, and the passenger, 18-year-old Molly Jean Sirek, also of Faribault, were both wearing seat belts at the time of the crash. No airbags were deployed, and alcohol was not a factor in the incident. Both individuals sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were transported to District One Hospital in Faribault for medical attention.
