Sandra Fossen Injured in Pope County Car Accident

On July 17, 2025, Sandra Fossen, a 64-year-old resident of Benson, Minnesota, sustained non-life-threatening injuries in a car accident in Pope County, Minnesota. The Minnesota State Patrol reported that Fossen was driving southbound on Minnesota Highway 29 in a Chevrolet Suburban when she swerved to avoid a head-on collision with a northbound vehicle that had crossed the center line.
