Tamra Noe Involved in Fatal Head-On Collision in Prairie Grove

On July 17, 2025, at 06:30 AM, a fatal head-on collision occurred on Viney Grove Road in Prairie Grove, Washington County, Arkansas. The incident involved two vehicles: a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado, driven by Blake Williford, 50, of Owasso, Oklahoma, and a 2019 GMC Yukon, driven by Tamra Noe, 44, of Prairie Grove, Arkansas. According to the Arkansas Department of Public Safety, Williford’s vehicle crossed into the opposing lane and struck Noe’s vehicle head-on. Williford was ejected from his vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene. Noe sustained injuries and was transported to Washington Regional Medical Center before being transferred to Cox-Springfield for further treatment. The weather and road conditions were clear at the time of the accident.The collision is under investigation by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, with Corporal Colton W.
