Timothy Richard Dohmeyer Injured in Saint George Township Collision

On August 8, 2025, at 3:54 p.m., a multi-vehicle collision occurred on Minnesota Highway 95 at Mile Marker 5 in Saint George Township, Benton County, Minnesota. A 2003 Mercury Mountaineer, driven by Amy Raeann Mcannany, 38, of Sauk Rapids, was towing a flatbed trailer eastbound when the trailer detached. The detached trailer collided with a westbound 2024 Ford F150 pickup driven by Timothy Richard Dohmeyer, 47, of Princeton, Minnesota, and subsequently with an eastbound 2024 Ford Mustang driven by Steven Myron Thomas, 71, of Siren, Wisconsin. Dohmeyer sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to Fairview Northland-Princeton for treatment.All parties involved were wearing seat belts, and no alcohol was reported as a factor in the incident, which occurred under dry road conditions. The Minnesota State Patrol, assisted by Mayo Ambulance, Benton County Sheriff’s Office, and Foley Fire Department, is conducting an ongoing investigation into the circumstances of the collision.
