Olivia and Keri Palmer Injured in Multi-Vehicle Crash in Mississippi County, Arkansas on October 3, 2025

On October 3, 2025, in rural Mississippi County, Arkansas, Olivia Palmer, 21, and Keri Palmer, 43, both of Keiser, sustained injuries in a multi-vehicle collision on Highway 181 near County Road 650. The crash occurred at approximately 3:57 a.m. and involved six vehicles. According to the Arkansas Department of Public Safety, smoke from a nearby field fire was blown across the roadway, drastically reducing visibility.

The chain reaction began when a GMC Terrain collided with a southbound Kenworth truck. This triggered a series of subsequent impacts, including a vehicle fire. Olivia Palmer was identified as the driver of one of the vehicles involved, while Keri Palmer was a passenger in the same vehicle. Both were transported to SMC Regional Medical Center for treatment. Two other individuals, Mackenzie Marie Risner and Jan Sebastiaan Rabie, were pronounced deceased at the scene. The investigation remains ongoing.
